Shipping Policy
At TellinCloset, we are committed to delivering your fashion finds as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find all the details about our shipping process.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Within Ghana)
We offer delivery across all regions in Ghana. Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Deliveries within the Greater Accra Region are usually completed within 1–2 business days. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select countries in West Africa. International orders typically take 7–14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. TellinCloset is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
