TellinCloset is an online retailer of authentic sneakers, footwear, and streetwear accessories based in Accra, Ghana. All products sold on our platform are 100% authentic.

3. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS ₵) unless otherwise stated
Prices are subject to change without prior notice
We make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions, but slight variations may occur
Product availability is subject to stock levels

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order
Payment must be completed before orders are processed
We accept mobile money, bank transfers, and card payments through our secure payment partners
Orders are confirmed via email once payment is verified

5. Shipping & Delivery

Accra: 1–3 business days
Other regions in Ghana: 3–7 business days
International: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection
Sale items and custom orders are final sale

7. Authenticity Guarantee

All products sold on TellinCloset are guaranteed 100% authentic. If you believe you have received a counterfeit item, contact us immediately and we will investigate and resolve the matter.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on tellincloset.com — including logos, images, text, and design — is the property of TellinCloset or its licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

TellinCloset shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Accra, Ghana.
